IMMORTALIZED combines the car-as-art culture of Cruisin' Grand with the contemporary art culture of Distinction Art/ArtHatch, Escondido CA.
Grand Avenue in front of the gallery is converted into a custom car and hot rod show at the East end of Cruisin' Grand, Escondido's world class cruising venue.
The art on display in the gallery dovetails aesthetically with classic and contemporary hot rod car culture, there's an opening reception, a pin-up contest, and a rock'n'roll band on the street.
